How long does my order take to ship?

Handmade goods (e.g. leatherwork) will take longer to fulfil than reproduction products (e.g. most prints and clothing). The majority of our leather products are made to order, and will be shipped within two weeks of placing your order. Budget about another week for shipping in Canada.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Many of our reproduction products (e.g. most prints and clothing) are offered internationally in a way that minimizes delivery times, cost, and carbon emissions by contracting local producers in the county closest to the one you order from.

However, certain goods that cannot be reproduced must be shipped by us directly. For now, these goods (e.g. leatherwork and our calendars) will only be offered within Canada.

What is your return policy? 

Each of our pieces are made to order, meaning you get a product tailored for you.

Accordingly, our next customer may have their own requirements. As a result, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders.

However, in rare circumstances that an order is damaged during shipping, we may be able to offer solutions on an individual basis. Please keep photos of the damaged order item and the packaging (outside and inserts), and drop us a line at hello@coralstudio.ca.
